Each dish comes with its product sheet containing all the available nutritional information so you can be informed and make safe choices about what you consume.
How are allergens presented in product sheets?
To make allergen identification easier, we use specific icons and descriptions in our product sheets. Common and mandatory allergens, such as gluten, eggs, nuts, and dairy, among others, are visually highlighted with clearly identifiable icons. This allows you to detect them easily when reviewing a dish. Additionally, we include detailed descriptions to ensure that anyone with allergies or food sensitivities can make well-informed and safe choices. This way, we prioritize your well-being and convenience when selecting your meal options.
What information appears on the product sheet?
Each nutritional sheet is designed to provide all the necessary information clearly and accessibly, ensuring that you can enjoy your meal with total confidence.
Dish photo and name
On the left, you will find the dish photo. On the right, its name, such as "ECO Burger with goat cheese and onion," will let you know exactly what you are ordering.
Weight
We accompany each description with the net weight of the dish so you have exact control over what you consume. For example, in this case, the burger weighs 220g.
"Add dish" button
This button allows you to easily add the selected dish to your order. By clicking it, the dish will automatically be added to your cart, making it easier to customize your menu. Keep exploring and adding your favorite options to complete your meal!
Ingredients
The list of ingredients used in the dish. In the case of the burger, it includes "ECO burger meat, goat cheese, onion, sunflower oil, olive oil, coconut oil, and salt." This information is key for those with dietary restrictions or looking for specific options.
Allergen Symbols
Below the dish image, in the lower-left area, are the icons indicating the allergens present in the dish (such as gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.). These visual symbols allow you to quickly identify any ingredient that could cause allergic reactions. If you do not recognize a symbol, you can hover over it to identify it.
Nutrition
Information about nutritional values, that is, energy content, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, sugars, and salt per 100g of product. This information is essential for anyone who wants to control their nutritional intake.
Additional information
To raise awareness about possible cross-contamination risks, we add this notice: "This dish may contain traces of other allergens, as all dishes are prepared artisanally in the same kitchen."
