How can I restore or change my password?

In the "My Account" section, go to "My Details" and look for the "Password" section. Click on "I forgot my password" and we will help you reset it quickly.

Can I add balance to my account?

At the moment, this is not possible. In the future, you will be able to add balance using credit cards, restaurant vouchers (Cheques, Sodexo, or Edenred), and paper restaurant tickets.

How can I unsubscribe?

Although we don’t want this to happen, in "My Account" you will find the option to deactivate your ApetEat account.

Can I order without registering?

No, registration is required.

If my company has an agreement, should I register through a link?

Yes. A link will be provided either by ApetEat or your company so you can complete your registration and access the exclusive conditions agreed upon. If you are already registered and cannot see your special conditions, please contact us.

How do I use a promotional code?

In the order summary, you will find a field to enter your promotional code. Simply type it and click "Apply" to enjoy the discount.
