I forgot my password ... How can I restore it?

Just click where it says "I forgot my password" and we will help you restore it in a moment.

How to change my payment method?

The last payment method used will be displayed as your predefined payment method. If you want to change it, click on “Change the payment method” in the Purchase Summary.

Can I top-up my balance and not have to pay my menu every day?

Not yet ... but we are at it! We will allow you to top-up your balance with a personal credit card, with a restaurant ticket card (cheques gourmet, sodexo or edenred) or with paper restaurant tickets (cheques gourmet, sodexo or edenred).

How can I drop out?

Although we never want it to happen, in “My account” you will have the option to cancel your ApetEat account.

Can I order without registering?

No, we need a minimum amount of data to make the delivery: company name, delivery address, mail, telephone and your name.

How do I use a promotional code?

In the Purchase Summary you will find a field to enter a promotional code. Simply write it there and click "Apply" to enjoy it.
